Nextdeck™ Decking Profiles & Specs



 

  • Material: 6005-T5 Aluminum. 35,000 psi Yield Strength. 40% stronger than typical 6063-T5 alloys. 1,000 psi average for composite decking materials.

  • Size: 5 3/4" deck board width x 1" thick, installs on 6" centers. Standard decking lengths 12',16', 20' &  24'. (Available in longer lengths by special order-Minimums apply.)

  • Finish: SuperDurable High-Density Polyester Powder Coat.

  • UV Fading: Meets or exceeds specs AAMA 2604. Maximum 5 Delta E color change over 5 years in South Florida sun. Most composite decking changes 5-12 delta E in 90 days.

  • Salt Spray Resistance: Meets or exceeds specs AAMA 2604

  • Outdoor Exposure: South Florida, meets or exceeds specs AAMA 2604

  • Stain Resistance: Excellent

  • Dirt Resistance: Excellent

  • Mar Resistance: Good

  • Re-coatability: Good

  • Fire Ratings: Class A - Flame Spread value of "0". 100 average for composite decking materials. (Laboratory Reports Available.)

  • Span: 12" - 24" on center.

  • Decking material tested to 500 PSF live-load on 12" centers. (Engineer Reports in Downloads.)

  • 1000 Hour Salt Fog Test performed on ACQ Treated Lumber with No Effects. (Laboratory Reports Available.)
