How to get a Quote and Order
For general Pricing and Information fill out the contact form or give us a call and we will mail you information.
For a decking quote, please provide us with the following information:
1. Sketch out the perimeter of the deck showing the dimensions of the framing. Label the joist direction or the decking direction.

2. Include: Color, decking style & and special notes.
3. For Stair Treads please provide: Total Number of Steps, Step Width and Step Length.
4. Provide your Contact Information including a Shipping Address.

We generally return a quote back to you within 48 hours. Please give us a call after you fax or email to ensure everything went through. If you have any further question please feel free to give us a call at 1-888-739-6172.
To place your decking order:
Please sign and fax or email the Quote form. If you are paying by Credit Card, please sign and fill out the credit card authorization form and fax or email it to us with the Signed Quote. We accept all major credit cards, checks (must clear before shipment) and wire transfers.
After your decking order is placed:
Due to Covid-19, lead times vary. Contact Sales for details. Orders typically ship by a common carrier freight which will be up to a 53 foot trailer. The freight company will call you 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to remove the decking from the truck. The decking boxes weight 4 lbs. per foot and contain 4 boards each. They can typically be handled by 1 to 2 people, i.e., 16' decking x 4 lbs per ft. = 64 lbs. per box.
All shipments are insured. Please review all packages for damage. If any damage is present, note on the Bill of Laden from the driver what is damaged noting the quantity, length and color. Fax or email a copy of the Bill of Laden to us and we will ship replacements promptly. Any damages not noted on the Bill of Laden are generally not covered by the insurance.
